Job description
Tasks:
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, financial and tax reports.
- Review, prepare & submit all taxes including salaries tax, VAT, and withholding tax deductions.
- Ensure and review VAT (Value-Added Tax) on company expenses to ensure alignment with updated laws and regulations.
- Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns, in addition to submitting the reports on the website of the Egyptian Tax Authority
- Visit the bank, tax authorities, or any other governmental institutions when needed.
- Follow up with developers and visit them to make sure that cheques are collected on time.
- Develop all needed reports to be presented to the direct manager.

Requirements
- 2+ Years of experience in Tax Accounting, Payable & Receivable “Preferred in Real Estate Marketing”
